Flávio Ataúlfo de Coimbra (8th-century) was a Knight of Visigothic origin, Governor of Coimbra.[1]

Biography

[edit]

Flávio was the son of Flávio Sisebuto de Coimbra (Judge of Coimbra).[2] He possibly married an Ildoara Sueira.[3] He had four sons: Teodorico, Ataulfo, Hermenegildo and Milena Usenda.[4] A possible daughter was Ursinda Munialona (Ozenda or Adosinda) de Coimbra, who might have been the wife or mistress of Bermudo I of Asturias, although this is unproven.[5]
